Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fees once paid are non-refundable under all circumstances. If you are unable to attend a live module, you can simply attend this in future with no additional course or admin fees.

Payment Terms

Payment of the course fee or first installment is required at the point of enrollment to gain access to the pre-recorded and live training workshops.

Early Bird discount fees are only available for payment in full at time of enrollment.

Payment plans are only accepted via automated payment through PayPal.

Trainers & Venues

Trainers are subject to change. Breakthrough Life Coach Training shall provide such trainers to present the training course as it deems fit and shall be entitled at any time to substitute any trainer with any other person who it deems suitably qualified to present the relevant course.

Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

All Breakthrough Life Coach Training materials and content are owned by Breakthrough Life Coach Training (and international training partners “The Art of Optimism Ltd”). All intellectual property rights in all materials available from Breakthrough Life Coach Training, including all design, graphics, copy, video and audio formats, are owned by Breakthrough Life Coach Training. No Breakthrough Life Coach Training content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Breakthrough Life Coach Training’s prior permission. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Breakthrough Life Coach Training’s intellectual property rights.

Confidentiality

Any personal information volunteered and shared by participants during training sessions is to be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not shared, discussed or published outside of those training sessions, unless with the participant’s express approval in writing. This includes written, audio, video and images.

Behavior

Breakthrough Life Coach Training reserves the right to remove any participant from a training course whose behavior is deemed inappropriate by Breakthrough Life Coach Training or its trainers. In these circumstances, Breakthrough Life Coach Training will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

Force Majeure

Breakthrough Life Coach Training will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.

Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
